AXURO – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange or report any defect or blemish in the product.
Any faulty or damaged item must be returned to the Axuro Customer Service Team within the same 3-day period.
After inspection, our team will notify the customer whether the request for size exchange, damage claim, or return is approved.

Refund Policy

Axuro does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
If a customer receives a faulty or damaged product, the value will be converted into online store credit, which can be used to choose another product of the same or higher value.

Online Purchase Policy

Items purchased from Axuro Online can only be exchanged through online, not in-store.
Once an order has been exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged again.

Quality Issues

If a product shows quality issues or discoloration within 7 days of delivery, the customer must inform the Axuro Customer Service Team immediately.
All exchange or return issues must be resolved within 7 days of the delivery date.
After this period, no exchange or return requests will be accepted.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are advised to check the product condition at the time of delivery before making the payment.
Customers are encouraged to return the product on the spot if they notice any defect or size issue.

Discounted Products

The Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy does NOT apply to any discounted items.
Discounted products are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Express Delivery (Dhaka Metropolitan Area Only)

To receive same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 11:00 AM.
Orders must be confirmed by the Customer Service Team by 12:00 PM.
Products will be delivered within 6 hours after being handed over to the delivery agent.
An Express Delivery charge of TK 200 applies.
For accessories, customers must pay the full amount in advance to process the delivery.
